Terms of service

1. Scope
These terms govern the use of Kuchikomi Mimamori (the "Service") provided by the operator of the Service ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. The Japanese version prevails in case of any discrepancy.
2. What the Service does
The Service periodically checks the reviews publicly shown on Google Maps for the shop you specify, detects new reviews, edits to existing reviews and reviews that are no longer shown, emails you about them and provides a draft reply. We do not delete reviews, request removals, file reports with Google on your behalf, post reviews, manipulate ratings or contact reviewers. You post replies yourself and are responsible for whether and how you use a draft.
3. Fees and payment
The fee is 980 yen per shop per month, tax included. The first 7 days after sign-up (the "free period") are free, and no payment method is required to sign up. If you add a payment method before the free period ends, the fee is charged monthly by credit card through Stripe from the end of the free period. If no payment method is added by the end of the free period, the Service ends automatically at that point and no fee is charged. We email you about three days before the free period ends.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. Billing stops from the next cycle and fees already paid are not refunded pro rata.
5. Accuracy
Review data comes from public information on Google Maps. Changes by Google or other circumstances may cause delays, omissions or errors. We do not guarantee that alerts are complete or immediate, nor the content of any draft reply.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to monitor another business without its consent, sell information obtained through the Service, interfere with its operation, or violate any law. We may suspend use without notice if we judge that this has occurred.
7. Liability
Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Where we are liable, our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes and termination
We may change or end the Service with prior notice. If the Service ends, no fees are charged for periods after the end date.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Updated terms take effect when posted on the Service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court having jurisdiction over our address is the exclusive court of first instance for any dispute.
